These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Suedeon Apparel, operated by CraftNex Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or making a payment through Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment method, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Suedeon Apparel provides custom and bulk apparel manufacturing services, including but not limited to:

  • T-Shirts Manufacturing

  • Sweatshirts & Hoodies

  • Jackets & Outerwear

  • Custom Apparel & Private Label Production

  • Cut & Sew and Bulk Production

All services are custom-made to client specifications.

2. Orders & Production

  • All orders are produced strictly according to the approved designs, tech packs, size charts, samples, and written instructions provided by the client.

  • Once an order is approved and payment is confirmed, production begins and cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments (Stripe & PayPal Compliance)

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Suedeon Apparel and CraftNex Group LLC:

  • Do not store credit or debit card details

  • Do not have access to full payment credentials

Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or gateway fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks (Very Important)

Due to the custom nature of apparel manufacturing:

  • All sales are final once production has started

  • No refunds or returns are offered for custom or bulk orders

  • Refunds are only considered if:

    • Production has not started, and

    • A written cancellation request is approved by us

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first are considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit all production proofs, approvals, and communications to Stripe or PayPal as evidence.

5. Samples & Quality Disclaimer

  • Samples, if provided, represent general quality and construction, not exact mass-production output.

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, stitching, sizing tolerance (±5%), and finishing are industry standard and do not qualify as defects.

6. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, tech packs, and branding materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.

  • The client confirms they have legal rights to all submitted materials.

  • Suedeon Apparel is not liable for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-supplied designs.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Suedeon Apparel and CraftNex Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute

9. Account & Communication

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and order information.

  • All approvals given via email, WhatsApp, or written communication are considered legally binding.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities

  • Copyright-infringing or counterfeit products

  • Offensive, hateful, or prohibited content

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to CraftNex Group LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
